In Module I of the course we will make an introduction to Strategic Marketing and Brand Management. Therefore, we will develop the following theme:
Marketing and its field of action in the company, in a social and sustainable context.
The strategic vision in Marketing decisions.
Understanding of the organizational environment and the new environment of the strategy.
We will also learn in this training about the qualitative-quantitative tools for scenario analysis.
Also, in the course we will refer to Marketing Entrepreneurship
Patterns and Business Models based on BMC.
Determination of competitive advantage.
Brand Management in the digital world.
Application of Branding in the company’s strategy.
